HOUSE RULESVISTA WAIKOLOA IS A NON-SMOKING - NON-VAPING COMPLEX

• QUIET HOURS are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

• No smoking or vaping except inside the unit, with doors and windows closed

• Towels, bathing suits or other apparel may NOT be hung from lanai railings

• All vehicles must display a parking permit or pass.  Passes can be obtained from the office lobby

• Garbage must be placed in plastic bags before disposing in large outdoor garbage containers

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Walking on the golf course, other than to play golf, is not permitted

• Do not feed the cats

• No animals, including cats, dogs or other household pets allowed

• The use of drones is prohibited throughout all properties within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area.  This prohibition includes drones used for any purpose, whether filming or videotaping, personal purposes, or by media and journalists

 

COMMON AREAS

• Group sports are prohibited

• Skateboards, roller skates, etc. are not allowed on property – bicycles should be kept off the lawns

• Speed Limited on property is 10 mph

• Fireworks are prohibited on property

• Surfboards, fishing equipment, and other such items may not be stored in walkways, landings, or in any entrance way

 

POOL

• Hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

•  Kupuna Swimming hour - Lap swim and exercise from 8AM - 9AM only.

• Use Spa with caution; anyone susceptible to temperatures of 102 – 104 degrees, especially young Children

• Children 12 years or younger are not to be left in pool area unsupervised

• Swim diapers are required for infants and young toddlers

• Proper swimming apparel must be worn by all swimmers

• NO smoking - NO vaping

• NO surfboards, rafts, flippers, balls nor diving gear allowed

• Non-swimmers may have arm floatation devices or inner-tubes

• NO running, loud playing “Marco Polo” games, nor boisterous conduct are allowed

• Please keep suntan oil and sand out of pool

• Glassware and food are not allowed in pool area
